Nope, you need a TFTP server so you can copy the running/startup config to it.. Just download a free one.. install on laptop, connect laptop to router using ethernet and copy it.

tftp it off the router to a tftp server - edit, then reupload to new router. Only way really without typing it all out.

Yep, but the MOT centre will adjust for ya. Altho, depending on the Phase3 headlight mount, you might not have the hole to go through to get to the adjuster - it's in a diff place I think than the Ph3's so the Phase1/2's have a hole above it for adjusting! Might have to get ya drill out! :)
