bodies and cam's - it wasnt broken, that's all it could make, some dynos are more realistic than others!

all are SMi, just the cup one has longer steering arms (can be swapped easily)

oh that, are you pushing the crank seal in far enough? no one EVER does on most of the engines i see! I don't use the renault sealer either, if you can shove a torch up into the engine you can then check to see if its 100% sealed, any light coming through - start again!

what the shaft thing over the input shaft the release beaing slides on?

make sure whoever does it changes the waterpump/coolant and the full aux kit, £560 ain't bad if that's included, most of the specialists on here are cheaper than that, not by a huge amount
