I replaced the clutch on my 172, because it was worn, not because it was heavy. The new one is no lighter, just not slipping.
Its not just the sports though in my opinion, the clutch on my dCi is noticeably heavier than on the petrol equivalent.
I'll probably say I'm out on this to be honest. This is the weekend I get the keys to my new house. Might pop down to say hello all being well. Thanks anyway.

I'm up for helping to organise things if required. Monday-Friday I can be a bit of a headless chicken but weekends are usually fine :) even if we could get a few of us to talk who are willing to organise something, take into account the suggestions already made and post something a bit more...
I finally decided to get the full front end of the flamer re painted due to the amount of stone chips. The car always looked ok in photographs but as you will se in the close up "before" shots it looked as if someone had pebble dashed the front bumper! Very pleased with the results, I feel it...
