Yeah the K-Tec system is still fitted. I did swpa the un-silenced section for a silenced one but it didn't make much difference. I find it too loud to be pefectly honest but theres technically nothing wrong with it so i think i'll probably just leave it.
Steven many thanks for taking the time to post all the information on the car. It's great to hear the history from another owner and it certainly sounds as if the car has been very well looked after from day one.
I bought the car in June 2012 from Hyland Cars, Disley Greater Manchester. The...
LOL perhaps.....If I did need to downsize my daily driver though I would consider one. The 1.6 TDCI Zetec S can be spec'd nicely but I think at the last minute I would veer off to the Renault dealership for a Clio mk4 dCi as I think they are better value and have more kit as standard. I'd have...
My Mum drives one of these and I really like it. The driving position is great and the interior quality is good. I do not think it can match the Clio for spec though and the 1.25 85ps is very slow. The new 1.0 ECOboost is meant to be excellent though along with the diesels and I'd have the ST in...
Cheers Arran. Was looking at that one right enough.....looking at trying out some proper kit this year, especially on the Clio it really could do with it.
Saw this also, 116k miles and looks like a good history. If I didn't have the flamer I'd have considered it.
They do seem to be doing well price wise. I paid £1400 for mine 18 months ago and would want at least that back for it. Done a bit of tidying up and its only done 79k miles full history...
Can anyone recommend a good electric polisher?
Ideally one that is not an attachment for a drill. Not too bothered on cost, I'm a great believer in you get what you pay for.
What do we all use then?
Cheers,
Al
I'd keep the car you have until it dies or at least until the insurance runs out?
The ph2 Dynamique is well spec'd and you should be able to pick a 2001/2002 car for £800-£1000. Sorry to disappoint you though the non-sport ph2s did not come in flame red. Think they were cherry red and/or...
dCi 100s are full of win, loved the black ph1 too :)
Pleased to see there are others out there. My daily has changed regularly over the last few years or so, god knows how much I've lost! Currently considering trading my 2012 Megane Dynamique dCi for a mk4 Clio dCi Dynamique S......I really...
