    The subframe is drilled differently. I do the 2 bolts that you see from the drivers wheel well, and pull the shaft out leaving the bracket on the car.

    So you used crap sockets then. Put all the other bolts in at around 70/80nm and your stud extractor should have it out.

    No, they aren't. It's all down to how they are timed. If you reduce the overlap you in effect will lower the power band of the engine. The cam is fully advanced at 1800rpm (or 800mBar MAP) and retarded back at 6500rpm.

    Not quite. As much as its in open loop, it does still have input from the lambda sensor, and it applied this to the long and short term fuel trims. The kick is where the engine is given the fuelling it wants (12.5:1-13.2:1 AFR.) but below its sat at 14.1:1. It's not a very complicated...

    I've had 1, but they do the 1.6vvt thing of rattle when cold.
