i mentioned that to Warren last night, i think perhaps he wasnt driving it to his full potential, again not taking anything away from warren, still has 300bhp and much more sofisticated suspeison and an lsd
its a bit ugly are garish for me. rapid howver...that the most important thing!
I hate this whole ferrari ethic of you can buy one but we keep it and own all the rights etc etc...
like when that rich guy bougth Schumachers old f1 car, they follwed it on fifth gear back in the day, he was...
the main point is that with the turbo you can upgrade to more power quite easily and for not too much more cost (without internal rebuild)
with itb's, to get the kind of power you could with a turbo, lets say 250bhp, your gonna have to spend a lot more, you will certainly need high comp...
its strange how when passengering in each others cars they both feel remarkably similar in pace, hardly anything in it at all, but then when we both went out on track the difference is quite obvious! defo highlighted (again) the flaws in my initial turn in sharpness, but overall i was dead happy...
yes i did :) sucesfully too, got some video from warren's car and mine of his.
My extra 30 horses made life easier for me on track.
all vids and pics next week, loads to sort out.
i was passnegering during this vid, (thanks warren) i was egging warren on! we caught himup so quiclky though and he defo did no like being overtaken!!! lol
Update
Another picture of the brakes, apologies for qaulity, phone pics!
I made myself a rear strut brace at work, stainless steel, no fancy Billet brakctes here, just pure simple function! some say they work, some say they dont do much at all, but for free its worth a try.
just waiting on...
Brakes are now on, the old discs were starting to get a little lip on them but the pads had loads of life in them. i'll keep hold of them for a while.
So standard setup:
Before they went on:
Fitted:
Apologies for the filthy wheels!
Reviews, well the initial pedal feel, eg first 5mm...

opinions?
pics?
photoshops?
lol, not slating your figures johnc172, id be very pleased with them but 203 bhp is just not achieveable with that spec list. you'd be happy with that figure from ITB's and cams let alone, std inlets!
just to put it into perspective, my ITB'd clio on std cams only made 198!
but thats rolling...
