Tbh, going back to the original poster. I cant see the point going from a dynamique to a 182 cup, you might as well just add better suspension to yours and then youre only missing the extra power everything else would be the same. Hardly a worth while upgrade.

Yep, it needs to be warmed up. Bear in mind the oil temp takes longer to rise than the water temp (shown on the gauge) and its the oil temp that affects the limiter.

The standard system doesnt provide even airflow, so yes what youre seeing is normal for the standard 182.
