elephant/admiral?
surely you must be able to get it cheaper?
Insure it under wife/girlf/mother/father etc?
When did you get your provisional license? does that not count?
Its probably "more" road legal.
ie if you had a dodgy seatbelt on the passenger side, as long as the passenger seat was taken out it would be fine.
or having no spare wheel is better than having a bare spare wheel.

CocoPops u have every need to apologise !!! :p

(Im on dialup at the mo and the smilie didnt appear!)
Surely there must be others sat in dealers?
Sit down with the phone and just ring a whole load of dealers asking if they have one in stock?
Or places like TradeSales, MotorPoint etc
two things I noticed.....
The photo of the "shop" looks like it has a photoshopd sign
They cant spell suspension (suspention)
Neither are overly professional.
As everyone else has said above.
I believe there is no need to apologise.
Youve kept us informed of delays.
At no point have you been selfish in not sharing info about the delays.
Its only thanks to your organisation that we are attending Trax as part of a well organised club anyway.
I...
the "notch" near the end of the throttle is for the cruise control override.
Do a search and more info will come up.
but just to confirm, its not a problem its normal.
Yet we all know how little difference there is in the real world between 172/Cup/182 so how much difference could there possibly be.
I will be interested in seeing how it does. I thought Renault were going the other way with the Ltd Ed, and ADDED toys/goodies to the 182.
Same comments as I posted in the other thread really.
I dont think its cheap enough or light enough to make it desirable over the "normal" 182 with cup packs.
Also, it would have been better with a "limited" paint, like the mondial blue on the original 172 cup.
Does seem a tad strange, not really cheap enough or light enough to make it desirable.
It doesnt seem to offer any incentives like the original cup being the only car to come in mondial blue.
You will need to buy the prentension units as far as I know, they cant be released as such.
I think they are classed as "one use" like the airbags etc.

And how are you going to lock your keys in a car that doesnt have any buttons to press down on the door?
Quite easy if you accidentally press the button then shut the door, using the 30 auto arming function of the alarm I guess ;)
