what did you do that requires a roof skin?? How about putting a dynamique roof skin on and adding the sunroof? (as a last resort obviously)

Its probably "more" road legal. ie if you had a dodgy seatbelt on the passenger side, as long as the passenger seat was taken out it would be fine. or having no spare wheel is better than having a bare spare wheel.

Enjoy it (when you get to drive it!) That "contract" issue sounds very dodgy, not sure what thats all about.

I traded my 03 plate Flame red 172 with 16,500miles against a F/F 182 and got £9,900 but I think on hindsight that was a very good price to get.

98 ron is recommended. Most people put a minimum of super unleaded (97 Ron) but normally use BP ultimate(97.8) or optimax (98).

Yet we all know how little difference there is in the real world between 172/Cup/182 so how much difference could there possibly be. I will be interested in seeing how it does. I thought Renault were going the other way with the Ltd Ed, and ADDED toys/goodies to the 182.

imho.... The 172 Cup is a cult icon of the 172. The 182 Cup is a poor mans version of the 182.

Same comments as I posted in the other thread really. I dont think its cheap enough or light enough to make it desirable over the "normal" 182 with cup packs. Also, it would have been better with a "limited" paint, like the mondial blue on the original 172 cup.

Does seem a tad strange, not really cheap enough or light enough to make it desirable. It doesnt seem to offer any incentives like the original cup being the only car to come in mondial blue.

Mine had 11 miles on it, it now has 6600 after 6 weeks!!! Ive enjoyed every one of them miles 6600 miles tho! ;)

just had a quote from Cross Roads Renault in Oxford. 6k oil change in 182 (£79) 12k first servce in 182 (£170)

You will need to buy the prentension units as far as I know, they cant be released as such. I think they are classed as "one use" like the airbags etc.
