It is essentially a 182 with dynamique interior and some of the other niceties removed. Where as the 172Cup was a more track inspired version of the 172, the 182 Cup is currently seen as the poor mans 182.

Headlamp protectors??!?? afaik these shouldnt be used on Xenon lights, summat to do with light bending or something. As for pureguard, bit of a con tbh for what it costs. Dealer gets paid on comission for selling that kind of stuff, hence their eagerness to sell it. Anyway, enjoy the car...

Mat, the oil filler cap is under the flap on the silver pastic trim covering the engine. It can be quite firm in releasing it.

I use an iTrip on my 40gb iPod. It rocks, just set it to 87.5 and tune the radio into it, Ive not had any problems with it as yet.

Good choice. I too have an Artic Blue with both cup packs. They guys are right about it "changing" colour, it has a very subtle flip to it.

I believe it is a case of removing all the plastic trims from the upright pillars, and then dropping the roof lining out through the boot.

Just turn it off auto, by adjusting the fanspeed and temp. Turn off the aircon by pressing the ac button etc.

I ran a 6.94 in my 182 (standard bar an induction kit). I got a little too much wheel spin in first, but reckon I could get it down to 6.5 ish with some practice.
