Is this upgrade really worth it lads?

Morning fellas, ive ordered some tardis and some smart wheels, can you tell me what ratio i should be diluting them? ive also bought some valetpro citrus pre wash and a punp spray, any sugestion on dilution rate for this also? I also have got some autosmart g101 apc, again lol, what ratios...

Its from an ebay seller but they do have a huge amount of feedback. They are in bottles but all have printed labels on them. Probably just someone realised people don't want to always have to buy 5l bottles every time so sells them in smaller amounts and makes a few quid doing it.
