I do a BYOT kit, which means you just supply the turbo, injectors and management for £1000. Or a full kit for £3000.

The dephaser will spin on the cam as it's not keyed. So the new dephaser will not ensure the timing is correct. Only someone who knows how to use the correct tools will ensure correct the timing.

It doesn't sound good I'm afraid. Once they've bent valves, they won't make any noise. Just spin really quickly. Open the oil cap and try to start it. Look at the cam and see if you can see it turning.

When was the cambelt done? If the aux belt is turning, that means the engine is.

You want to raise it to about 2000 rpm and set the spark table to zero, and use a timing light to check it's correct. But I've just re-looked at the above. Your throttle TPS is showing that it's slightly open, so you need to wind in the throttle stop as it's not getting to 0%, you have...

Have you checked the crank sensor sync?

I've looked into this for my conversion. I'm going to use a standard clio dci 100 pedal an Audi Master cyl so it's matched capacities.

Sounds terminal. But it could be the timing has slipped as it doesn't sound like it was done correctly.

Pull the end cap off the box, usually it's broken the roll pin. Replace the roll pin and off you go.

My betting the gearbox is stuck in 5th. They tend to do this when it's binned.

As above, oil pressure, do nothing and find a new mot tester. As all are correct.

The standard manifold isn't really a restriction on boosted applications.
