If you're supplying the cams, it's £510 for the cambelt kit, aux belt, dephaser and oil with filter. £100 to fit the cams and time them correctly. And £250 for mapping. I'd need the car for a few days to make sure the map is perfect as I don't do rush jobs.

And had a look at getting the turbo position worked out. Will be a GT2860r I think, as pictures here. I may go 3071 if I'm feeling adventurous.
It depends what the car is relying on for its speed signal. Of the clocks are programmed for the abs module (highly likely) then no the speedo wouldn't work.
Your 182 has the wrong gearbox in it then.
The 172 cup and the ph1 (and some early ph2's, ones without ESP) have the sensor in the box to take the speed information. The others take the speed information from the abs/esp module
I can't think of any benefits. Marginally stiffer, but you want some movement. The suspension geo has been designed around a specific amount of movement in the bushes.
