A bit of advice, you need to replace the aux kit when doing the timing belt. These are renowned for throwing the aux belt into the timing belt if neglected.

On a 182 you're better off lowering the subframe IMO, the manifold restricts the lifting of the engine enough IMO.

Realistically it's 2 hours to do the aux kit. An hour to do the belt yes. But make sure he does the full kit not just the belt.
