just had a call from dealer prepping my new 182. They say that cant fit the 6 disc changer under the drivers seat as the colour sat nav gubbins are there. So they aregoing to put it under passenger seat and remove the storage box which is there.After talking to some on here with the colour sat...

just been to dealer to let him know about the stuff i want doing to the car, not drilling plates on etc etc told me the original delivery date of car arriving here on 11th june ready for 15th, is now put back to 15th car at dealer and ready to pick up between thurs and sat next week. oh well...

was it anyone on here saw it run a couple of times, in the 14s for 1/4 mile. Is this about right for a williams then? whats typical of other clios then 1/4 mile times, 16V V6? 172/182etc ?

does anyone use these in their new 172/cup/182 for anyone who hasnt heard of them they are oil additives which give you better mpg and protect your engine more than normal oil, giving excellent cold start protection etc. Ive used both before just deciding if should use in 182? Liam

there are quite A few posts about faults on brand new 182s etc. Gets me worried before I even pick the car up, or it just the case of they are a minority and you just dont hear about the rest with no faults... Hope so.. :(

I think I will have to upgrade the breakdown cover from Renault AA the extra £50 to cover punctures etc, Renault used to give this for no extra cost but they have stopped. worth thinking about for people buying a new renault. Does anyone know if it is £50 for the full 3 year warranty? Also...

On my dynamique I had the dealor fit a cat 1 alarm system unfortunately they never bothered updating the warning stickers on the doors, the ones which say international secuirty register and state cat 1 or cat 2. It appears they have stoped making different stickers specifying wether the car...

on the 172 the renault stickers on the driver and passenger glass used to say "........ and is fitted with systems which meet thatcham cat 1 criteria" On other models with just immobilser it said cat 2 Is it right they just use stickers saying ....... meet thatcham criteria now? dont specify...

Ordered myself a new 182 with cup suspension pack, couldnt get the spolier as ordered the carminat sat nav for some reason cant mix the 2. Even though the gps antenna which replaces the existing antenna for the radio is small and doesnt mount on the spoiler. Hope they dont become too popular...
