You were right buddy just took the wheel off and seen where the spacer would sit!
There's are a reason you don't work on your car in the dark...
Thanks for the help mate!
Iv just purchased a set of team dynamic pros 1.2 15" and noticed the front wheels don't sit on the hub!
It's like they are to wide for the hub (not the center, the rim width)
Was wondering if hub centric rings would sort this or if there is something iv calculated wrong?
Do the wheels have a...
Matt,
The downpipe is supplied for you so literally a bolt on job and the ecu is AEM which again is supplied with all the wireing and instructions to fitting it. Just make sure it's fitted in the car either in the glove box or under it. I just drilled a couple holes through the bottom of the...
It's quality mate! It hasn't change anything regarding fuel consumption and car is still controllable. The only thing I need for track days is a lsd for comers because of the power but other than I would recommend it all day
The turbo comes with a new ecu which already has a map on it but the car would need to be fine tuned so, yes it is safe to drive but just don't start booting it as it could damage the engine.
urbo
I'm not sure this has already been covered on here but I can't find anything on it...
I have a 182 which on the odd occasion when boosting will blow a load of black smoke out the exhaust. I have a straight threw exhaust as well. Iv spoken to engine dynamics who remapped it once I fitted the...
I know this has been covered a few times on here but there's no definitive answer. My aux belt is rubbing on my tensioner when I had the cambelt checked and I'm wondering how the hell you get a tool down the side of the engine to undo the tensioner? Is this a case of engine mounts off to move...
tbh you really dont need a diff with low boost. the car is driving perfectly or as it did before just with a heap load more power. i would have used a diff on 280bhp though
i did ask this question before buying the kit but was told for a low boost turbo it would be fine. the only thing they said i may need to do is uprated clutch but even that wasn't necessary according to engine dynamics
The intercooler is mounted by drilling two holes in the front beam. The piping simply just holds itself together with only one point which is bolted to where the injectors are. The engine was never removed all work was carried out with it in place the dump and oil pump are removed and then...
Thanks mate! I went for the one engine dynamics do. Very easy to follow on the instructions and has everything you need!
Haven't quite decided, possibly brakes aha and maybe some re spraying to show room condition :)
So I finally managed to convince myself to buy a turbo for my 182!
As I am not one to shy away from a challenge, I decided to take on the task of fitting it myself it to save a few quid.
I decided to change my clutch at the same time seeing as the subframe would be off the car it seemed like a...
