IM CONFUSED. I thought copper grease was no supposed to be used when fitting pads...?

ok, so what do you recommend then???? Copper grease was put on the side of the brake pad holder, not on the pad it self.

Yeah the pads were filed down or that would not have fitted.

I am really impressed with the brake pads/discs so far. However, they have just started to squeel today, what would the reason be. I copper greased the pads as u should do, and they have been fitted correctly. Please can you help?

Yep I followed the instructions, the brake pads were smoking quite heavily when i stopped. The brake pedal still feels a bit spongy at the mo tho, will this stiffen up eventually...?
