he dont hate it at all. He gets his bad points out of way at start then moves on to say what a good car it is for the money, all the toys, speed and handling etc. Good review imo.

best way to test alarm is sit still in car arm it wait aout 3 mins then move quickly should go off if ultrasonics are working.

its the small one you need. Get the silver disklok lok better imo.

the large disklok is huge, more for campers and trucks etc

no,. it goes out on its own after about 5 mins. other than that you are stuck with everyone being able to see what you are doing if you have doors open.

thats a common issue with the alarms and can be fixed. Luckily mine has never done that. How do I get to the siren, is it under the scuttle panel on the drivers side of the screen, struggle even to remove this!

to get the etching done contact ISR they will send you a stencil kit with your coding on it. Make sure if you do get a new screen it is the corrct coloure done. Ive heard of some ending up with the brown tints instead of the blue ones that the clios have standard. Ask for a renault supplied...

aye, it was after a lot of messing around that I found this spot for it. It's the best place as its out of the way and you cant see the wire. And it means its still high enough to "look" over the wipers for those pesky laser beams...

as r jay said thats where mine is. I had the 2 metre one but couldnt get decent signal, wire just too short to mount it anywhere decent enough. Ask them for the 5 metre one, same price anyway. Liam

yes, there was a chap on here who actually fitted them at the docks for renault, cant remember his name though? thing is its been fine since i got it, not even had the common beeps when arming problem. So cant see the sensitivity needing adjusting, did they say how to adjust it yourself...

never had any probs with it, recently alarm has been going off. Reading LED blinks states interior ultrasonics has been activated. Seems to be when I park it at work close to a automatic electrical gate. But have done so a while and only affecting it now. Usually ok when parked at home...

if u get the compact you need additional laser sensor. Rumour has it that new software on its way for road angel 2s to allow speed limtis to be shown on screen like the compact.
