well 182_blues was quite a mess looking at the pics and dont think he noticed it using any more oil he said. Maybe it has used the oil as part of the running in process anyway?

yeah but I meant as what Dave says, mine has never caused a skid like Tom describes or caused any problems in itself. ;)

just from own expreience and reading on here common ones seem to be. 1) leaking headlight washer balls/stalks 2) leaking rear wheel arches 3) faulty coolant sensor casuing needle to go funny 4) knocking from engine mounts at low speeds 5) leaking oil from engine bolts/cam cover

doesnt sound good does it going on how 182_blues dealer sorted it quickly enough. Cant you try a different dealership?

checked a friends 54 reg 182 with 4500miles on it, no oil at all. Looked at mine again and cant seem to see any with the cover on looking from the side. I could before.

Leeshez I and my mate both with new 182s had this. I solved both of them without going near a dealer. The water comes in (on ours and others on here at least) from the wheel arches that arnt sealed properly. On mine it was passenger side and on my mates 182 it was drivers side. Both left...

well how is firmware updated then? I asked them this before and didnt get a clear answer. The laser can be turned off in the menu so why would they need to disable it via a firmware update?
