im biased as i like the standard ph1 system. but if i had to buy one id go for a BMC CDA. or (which i plan to do) relocate the battery, fit a heatshield and get a fook off massive chavvy open induction kit on the go purely for the OTT noise
i found a nifty rentech keyring on the car when i got back. quite lucky i didnt miss it as on the way home it would have got caught under the windscreen wiper and fooked the screen lmao.
might have to give yoz a call in the hope hes got some going spare ;)
i was proper pissed off as got a big sticker off andy, put it in the window and the fooking 'o' was knackered. so thats a gas performance and a yozzasport sticker ive had to throw away :(
all the threads i start never have any replies so get used to it lol
it looks really good. just got mine outside giving the bay a quick clean, but its got a lonnnnng way to go before it looks anywhere near that
hasting direct quoted me £4800 so i feel your pain lol
i made a quote with admiral and it was hideous - so seeing as its the same company im fully prepared for what could happen, but the idea is not the crash over the next 12 months ;)
i think the biggest problem with all these 'top 25' type shows is that only the people with massively modified cars actually apply so thats what they have to accept. i personally think it should be judged on originality and quality not on how big the wheels are, or how much fibreglass they've...
how brilliant are elephant. first company to give me a 'reasonable' insurance quote of £1380 when the cheapest id have before was just shy of £2k.
chuffed :approve:
stop being so pessimistic edde lol. you only live once, so do what you want with your money as you cant take it with you - but on a 1.4 id have coils and nice wheels with an exhaust as they arent too bad as standard in terms of performance.
