'clio' has two holes that need to be welded and then filled and sprayed. extreme should be stuck on, so with a bit of persuasion should come off.

mot emissions test is done by holding the car at a constant rpm, at a guess 3000ish and then revving it slightly to get fluctuations. so as long as its got its cat in i wouldnt see it being a problem.
