you wont find any which will pass a decatted car, purely because they have to show a copy of the emissions test. So unless they're really really nice and hook the machine up to another car you'll have to change it

i'd avoid steam cleaning, and just use auto glym engine and machine cleaner or similar and some elbow grease.

the bulb was loose hence the soldering. But i bought them off a member on here and they came already soldered. Wasnt a problem for me though as i had a soldering iron
