whats on the 172 as as standard is it contisports? on the dynamiques there are Conti Premium contacts these were top in the autoexpress tyre test for 2 years running. Think they were testing for normal tyre sizes 15" etc

RAID is Reanult anti intruder device. Just locks ya doors above 5kph. Its got a cat 2 system to upgrade to cat 1 id go for the renault alarm they put on uk 172s then it works off original keyfob. £300 fitted.

i really llike the new megane. Id consider getting one for my next car seriously. Especially the rs version maybe planned :-)

i recently got a snooper S5 and think its really good. Looks quite smart too. not cheapest but its the best snooper model ever. Be careful of knocking of X band, yeah a lot of traffic signals and auto doors use this band but so do a lot of speed cameras. better safe than sorry.

if its a bluetooth phone I wouldnt bother getting an "installed" kit. Get a decent bluetooth headset and the phone can be anywhere in the car or get a cradle which sits on the air vents. As you say and in my experience panels never go back the same.

most Ive ever had when running in was 48.3MPG then it went to 47.8 normal driving recently dropped to 47.7mpg because of colder weather I presume??? always on Optimax

i was on about latest clios not sure about 16V. it happened once when i got it back in april just happened again today. winter on its way suppose. I knew it was ice warning yeah.

all clios apart from the 172 and cup have drums at rear

anyone else noticed the temp display flashes on ya clio 3 degrees and below, thats celcius (is there a way to change to degrees F)
