I really dont mind the look of the halo lights... i just don't like the halos lit up... they should be on BMWs only, just like the Audi lights should stay on Audis etc etc
If i got another non sport id definatly consider halos and disconnecting the halos... just for having projectors..

So the brake fluid you've got on your paint has damaged is yes?
What is it on? how big is is the damage?
Youd be better off sanding the damage area off and patching it in after a clean down of the brake fluid area....?
Dont go stripping it all back to metal and creating more of a job than...
I think it would be possible with 2 people, masking up the paint and a fine jigsaw blade, trouble is they are fast... but the air tools body shops use for cutting plastic etc are fast too i would imagine

Im not a complete electrical wizard, LEDs run for a long time but not if the resistors are fooked, so say its running a resistor it might have burnt out... you've got nothing to lose, open them up if possible and have a look... or find an electrical engineer or whatever there called and get a...
Ive always wondered about this, Personally.. not sure weather its a 100% good idea would use a dremel, with a cut off wheel, to do a rough edge then use a suitable file to round it up...
A jigsaw might be alright but they are fast... probs better with a fine teethed blade
Too much going on at the front end, needs standard lights/xenons, ditch the bra, colour code would suit it well, thinner splitter imo...

When they f**k up and start blinking and flashing like a few white sets have done off ebay you will get the full flashing police car effect aha!
I now have a pair of "high power SMD" bulbs that cost around £15 quid for the interior lights and they havent broken in 2 years

I had this problem, squeeling belt in the cold... Had the same answers about the battery being on the way out, i think mine could be a little bit weak, but it was a loose belt as i thought.
Wasnt the aux but the alternator belt...
I took the front bumper grille out... loosend the adjuster...

Unlucky mate i wouldn't let that sort of car park wash establishment near my cars paint, but im sure some of them are "ok" and you've just been unlucky, Have a propper detailer machine polish them out and reclaim the costs as you've said.
Yeah i know what you mean mate i dont rate HDR that much either, its a shame about the glow, i was just lazy and used the shadows and highlights option to make it look gloomy, ill have a re attempt later
