Last oil change i used 5W40 (im pretty sure) and it was fully synthetic. Will it be alright to change to 10W40 semi now? It needs an oil change, But like i have read and agree its not a sports engine so im not looking to overspend any more, But i still want to make sure it runs well.

I would say about £40-60 OP- The open cone filters suffer heat soak so people avoid them.

I use Megs endurance tyre gel, Its messy stuff, I use a applicator thats only for the gel as you cant really get it out, and a rubber glove when im putting it on, Bilberry doesn't shift the gel, It stays on there, Just road driving and the rain gets rid of most of it and it needs a top up...

Me: Bilberry 7:1 Agitated with a wheel brush and Megs brush for the insides. 2 coats of Collinite 476... But Poorboys wheel sealant is probably more suited.

Look in the boot, Pull the carpet away from behind the lights, Undo the bolt and take off the wire, Thats the earth, One each side for each light. Clean them up and bolt each earth side back tight. Then unscrew each light unit, Pop them out, Unclip the clusters on each light, Take bulbs out...

Alright so i think the after market ballast idea is out the window, Dont want to be splicing wires and stuff as they wont be on long... If i get a OEM ballast (2nd hand), That just plugs into the light unit and the light loom just plugs into the ballast yeah? Then after the ballast, The lamp...

True, so what your saying is the ballast wont bolt in place of the original? But will the red plug twist into the headlight? and hold?
