Would depend on the bulb type of the kit you have for a guess. If it's the right bulb then yeah I can't see why not, but I doubt it would last long if you do a lot of flashing, with your lights not your knob :rasp:.

I can kind of see where W17GLE is coming from. I use my Ph1 as an everyday car but I have also spent a fair chunk of cash sorting out age related problems and I'm buying even more bits ATM to sort out a few other bits, none really major problems just bits that go with age like mounts and bushes...

I've got a Silverline one from i4d and some like the third ones in the link from The Big Yin (pastry brushes are the easiest comparison lol). Have you considered claying, sealing and/or waxing your wheels though? Would make cleaning and keeping them clean a lot easier.

Brian just so you know, the more car stand passes you order the larger the pitch you get. Doesn't matter if they don't all get used... Plus some people have forgot to order before the deadline and are wanting a stand pass, Ben172 is one IIRC, so a few extra wouldn't hurt IMHO.

They take a measurement of the thickness of the paint, which can help to avoid strike through on thinner paint etc. More for rotary users TBH.

Yes it will fit your Ph1 but I highly doubt it will be an alu version as I doubt it's an OE part (can't see all of eBay at work and can't be arsed to open it on my Blackberry), ask the seller though you never know. Not all 172 bonnets are alu btw.
