Nicely done with the engine bay!! Worth the scrubbing and cleaning, looks pretty much brand new again :up:
Crazy the differences alongside with the bog standard one!!
No further changes to the car at the moment as I've just been enjoying it as it is...... however, took the 182 for it's first proper run in my ownership last Sunday in the shape of a 300 mile round trip to Silverstone for Trax! Was a good day and not been to that show since 2006 (10 years...
Yeah that exhaust looks a huuuuge improvement, nice and shiney!:up:
Maybe get some powerflex exhaust hanger bushes in the future? They hold my milltek in really tight with no flex
As a side issue, what's the rusty metal bar on the old exhaust going across both tail pipes? Standard? Never...
HUGE improvement there, just the way it should be
Was thinking the stereo looks a little loose but you said it needs the cage so that will be it lol!
Car is looking smart in the pics again  I bought the red Powerflex exhaust hanger bushes for mine too and they are defo worth the money, exhaust is rock solid now.
In regards to the spacers, just to give an idea, this is mine with 16mm hubcentric spacers..........
Great updates buddy, this car just keeps on getting better  Those bulbs are a great little upgrade, amazing the difference between standard and now as the crisper white light is soo much better. More modern!
As for the sunstrip, one was on mine when I got it, fitted by the previous owner...
That's a brilliant wheel choice, nicely done! I agree, silver OR dark for the new colour and defo the stickers. With those as track wheels and Turini's for road use, that's a perfect set up
Interesting read about the tyres, I had 4 brand new PS3's fitted on my old EP3 Civic Type-R...
That looks a cracking buy........ looks great already so when the little bits are sorted, job well and truly done
It's funny you say that about the Clio badge being held on with pins as I had the opposite issue! The lad who owned my 182 before me spent the money to have the bootlid...
Stunning photos! That's the best word for it......... looks a fantastic run and all those cars together in one place, I bet there was a few comments from people along the way saying in confusion "they're all the same colour!?" 😂
Living in Norfolk where everything is as flat as a...
Looks great this, and the mods are coming thick and fast!
Will look forward to other updates
P.S. bet the jetta with 220bhp was pretty quick for what it was!!
I too purchased the K&N panel air filter and I too noticed not a huge amount of difference......... but it's sooo much better than the standard paper version! Induction kit may be the way forward should you be into such things
The cheap ideas are awesome when they work :up:
I just went straight in for the powerflex ones as it was a brand new Milltek and they are rock solid and it's sits perfectly right out of the box
That looks so smart and such a rare colour, as said above keep this updated
New bonnet will really improve it as you already said but have you got a pic of the seats in the car? Just to be nosey!
