Looks a good base for a project and good luck with it
Reading other people's threads in here is a great way of getting ideas of changes to make on the car, not so good for the wallet lol!
I'm late to the party with this but after looking at all these photoshops, has to be blue now silver/grey is knocked out......... blue would work so well
Agreed, especially as the front is spaced out quite far, will help to give it a balanced look. But as said, if being sold together, would have been rude not to get both!
Wow those photos really highlight how far in the arch the front wheels are! I was thinking 'is 25mm too much?' until I saw that......... bet it looks great, look forward to seeing the after photos
Good stuff with the injector, it's a close call but think I can spot which is the new one...
That's very kind, thanks mate!
I do agree, that is possibly something for further down the line but yes 100% silver or metallic grey would be the colour choice
Interesting spot! Just to show up my ignorance have your cars not got them? My first Clio so nothing to compare. If...
Yeah I know what you mean! It's in the garage wrapped up so won't get scratched........ just a chore taking it off for the trickle charger every time but will have to copy your idea
Ahh nice! Colour coded to the car or a slightly different shade? I think that could look very smart as long as it's the right shade!
As for mine, to be honest it's time to just enjoy the car now........ still not done many miles in it and have now done everything (mod wise) I think I want to...
Got the car back today so here's the brakes all done and the car back together again, very pleased how it's all looking!
I think that's the end of my 'winter tidy up' now lol!
Also took a couple more photos as to be honest, would have been rude not too
A cold and damp January...
No probs buddy, glad to help! Merlin are really good and that's where my boss ended up coming from as you know  Wheel looks smart!!
That's an interesting question about the wheel being closer. I think it might be a little? Not sure! The boss is quite big but the wheel is so flat to...
Received some progress photos of the new brakes being fitted and callipers being re-painted/re-freshed from the place doing the work and have to say i'm really pleased!! It's another good step forward to making the car as clean/mint as I can get it but still able to enjoy the car
Wouldn't...
Just had a read from start to finish...... wow, quite a journey to get the car as it is now. BUT...... the car looks sooo smart, especially now on the Turini's and that power figure is the highest I've personally seen on a Clio Turbo, must be so much fun haha. Worth the wait and hassle!
Yesterday saw the delivery of new car parts
Big thanks to @George@RTR_Parts for sorting this so quickly for me, much appreciated!
The car is now away having this lot fitted as I type this;
It's the usual combination, but one that I think should be ideal for what I use the car...
Oh of course!! The white wheels..... 🙈 yes i'm with you now wouldn't work would it, gold can look smart but again, defo not with the white wheels..... I think grey would look pretty oem but red would obviously be a stand out colour
Inner rebel 😂 This gets the like!
What about fresh silver for yours all round though? Mine are going silver very soon  Or are you feeling something 'a bit different' ?
Great write up and the car is of course in the best colour......... from one Arctic owner to another
Looks a cracking example with some nice little additions here and there. If you want some ideas on what to possibly do next, have a look at my 'progress' thread in this section too
I've got the 30mm's with 5mm spacers so at the very least the same......... but when I had the 16mm hubcentric spacers on, the previous owner had fitted 36mm bolts if that helps
