Just looking for some inspiration and more importantly, some photos of what people have done with their callipers......... what colours would/do look good, especially in this case for an Arctic blue? Not thinking about bright pink or anything crazy lol but what about gold, or silver, or even...
Interesting info all this cheers  so just thinking, is Brembo HC's and standard Renault pads all round a good way to go?
Oh, and....... MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
That aerial is a good improvement, I took was wanting rid of the RC car aerial haha but went for a Honda S2000 one....... never even thought of the Citroen, D'oh!!
Looking to get all new discs and pads soon for the 182 and just wondered what everyone is running and what is best recommended?
It's a well worn topic i'm sure and I've seen many posts about different pads but mainly for cars aimed at track as well as fast road use, i'm the latter, just road...
Yeah it's no problem, I too prefer the rounder shape of Josh's if i'm honest, the only thing that I wasn't so keen on myself was the fact the bracket is kind of see through, although smoked. This one being a solid black ticks that box so we'll see what this one looks like and go from there
The postman brought me this yesterday, so after Christmas I can see about getting the new wheel and boss kit etc all fitted :grinning:
It's an alternative to the version I was originally going to get but should look just as good I think. Have been waiting since early November for the other one...
Just read this from start to finish after seeing the photo in the spacers guide thread....... all I can say is WOW!! :grinning:
The difference in this between now and first bought is simply like night and day, great work slowly going through all the problems. Did make me smile the comment...
Very smart that, I was actually looking at Cooper S's before I bought my Clio, I've grown to like the earliest ones so was looking at a supercharged one about 52/53 plate. BUT....... I made the right choice going for the 182
Being a JCW was it pretty quick? I've only driven a 'normal'...
As a side issue, the Saab looks very smart, can imagine that's got plenty of toys and electric gadgets to go with it being the 'hot' aero version? I do like a comfy cruiser as a daily, I have a E46 BMW 325i saloon myself so the Saab gets a high five!
Yeah I know what your saying there with the vee, it's the same for my 182, I don't use it very much so when I do, just makes it feel a bit more special as it's not out all the time
What a stunning collection of cars, top work there chap........ defo worth a double thumbsup :up: haha did you have the V6 nearly new? That's really interesting you've had it 11 years, hopefully a keeper and not one to sell.
As for the 5 GT Turbo, any more photos? The mix of low's and...
Yep standard bolt size is 26mm BUT even tho these should be ok for 5mm spacers, as I've said before, for such a low cost item it's not worth the risk, just my own opinion, for the 5mm spacers on my car I moved up to 30mm bolts
Oh and that photo of the numbers on the back of the rim of the cup...
That does look really smart, good stuff getting the new exhaust etc on, it's so satisfying slowly working down a list isn't it!
@imprezaworks that's a great looking car too your old one
Looks great that and yes the ramp would be much quicker than how mine went on with a trolley jack lol! Glad to see it all came and your pleased........ nothing wrong with having it the same as mine, as said, least you knew the quality of the parts
