Some of you lads are missing the point. It's still very cheap given the spec.

CAR WONT START RACING NEXT WEEKEND - HELP!!

I think you've got a bit chopping happy ;) Sounds like you've chopped the fuel pump and possible the earth for that side of the car (screws on the rear panel below the light on the interior)

Cut airbag ECU off car. will this affect?

No. I run mine with only a few wires coming out for communication with the dash and am relocating it to within the dash. You'll fail and MOT if the airbag light doesn't come on, check, and then go out.

Martin's Track Clio 182 Project Thread

Looks like you got a lot done yesterday. Summer is going to be so good. Belt should be 4/5pk847 if the lightweight pullys are the same diameter as the originals. Did you find those sunglasses in the loom!

    not a good start

That's only if you drop the subframe completely but I really think that's the easiest way from my experience and takes hardly any longer than just dropping one side of the frame. Each of those jobs is pretty easy :) A couple of us did a box and clutch change in just over a day recently which I'm...

Depends how you do it but if you're dropping the subframe this is a rough guide.

    thinking possible write off!

Evening chaps. I believe @gally is on the repairer side of the insurance trade. I used to work on the insurers side so know how to save a car if you want to. Get your own estimate, get an estimate at their repairer. Remember their repairer will have cheaper labour rates probably. If you tell...

Pictures of your looped rack for EPAS. What fittings have you used?

Morning Chaps At the moment I'm undecided on whether to loop my existing rack or replace it with a DCI option and the decision is down to cost effectiveness. If I were to loop the rack I'd want to do it for under £25 but would need the tools, pipe, unions and blanking plugs. Any recommendations...

Graham's summer 172 cup track car

Yeah I was really surprised too. I'm going to try my best to make the light work as I traced one of the wires back to the clocks during the stripping. I think it must just chuck a few volts into the clock when the ignition it on but the relay hasn't clicked. I left the power cable engine side...

what exhaust have you got on it and has it got a 182 manifold? If it's a 182 manifold you might struggle a little more, have to get something custom or put back on the original set up. More info needed!!!!!

Photo request 182 update list radio display connector

Don't worry chap. I spent a while with a multi meter working out what each pin does. Got an external temperature reading going into the climate control now so the temperature function correctly adjusts the mixing flap.

Bloke reversed into my Trophy. What would you do?

I'd just wait for a second hand bumper to turn up and put that on. I know that may take a while though. How's your neck? (on the wind up)
