Is any one on your network currently downloading? Your upload and ping seem ok, but that download is miles off what it should be. Doesn't look like you're capped though. Here's mine, also XL, only other device currently connected to the network is my BlackBerry and I'm not downloading...

What anti virus software are you running? I'd bin it off and get something decent like Bitdefender TBH. To try and rid yourself of this I'd suggest you boot into safe mode and then re-scan and remove anything found. Also a registry cleaner, like CCleaner, wouldn't hurt...

What will the domains be used for? Passing any real traffic or requiring webspace? If you're just parking them, then I'd just look into a host that will allow you to do that for say 100 domains. Shared hosting account will see you right then and be cheaper. Webhostingtalk.com's offers...
