When was the last time it was serviced? The Mk1 derv engine is pretty simple, so I'd drop the fluids and change your filters first. If the problem is still occurring then, as tim124 says, check/and or change your derv pump.
Yeah I agree with that, for entry level Canon bodies anyway. Far too light, flimsy and cheap plastic on the Canons. Although they have made improvements in that area with the 450D IMHO, feels a lot sturdier and has some weight behind it.
I briefly considered doing this to my van.
Which engine have you decided on using or are you planning to uprate the standard?
There is a guy off one of the other Clio sites, can't remember which, that's done his with a Laguna engine IIRC.
Which OS are you on? And how do you connect? Router? Modem? Cable or ADSL?
I've got a feeling I read something ages ago about something to do with AVG8 and the current date/time set. But I have a feeling that's just an updating problem with AVG itself.
Saw you flying down the 60 at midnight.
From the glimps I got it looked like a very, very low Willy and fast.
One thing though...get your headlights aligned eh? :rasp:
Yes, just drill it. Best to remove the dash so you don't go through anything behind it and use a cone drill bit, but if you are careful you could do it in situ.
The hole you make only needs to be big enough to take the iPod cables plug that goes in the back of the head unit. About 1cm², so...

It's a Delta kit. Were all the rage for blind morons around 2002/3. Was available for a load of different cars, but looked equally as s**t on all of them lol.
If you've let the backup battery go dead it will sound the alarm when you reconnect it as it notices a spike in the power and thinks it's being tampered with. But I'm all out of ideas.
Don't buy another system though. Just get a mobile authorised fitter to come out to you and repair it, will...
Ok so it's not the fob battery then, was a common fault for me as the so called fob low warning signal never went off...
Lost me here plug what in?
You have to have the key in the ignition at the accessory position to enter your valet code. You need to enter it ** blank **** blank *** blank...
Have you tried changing the battery in the fob?
When you are entering your code have you got your key at the Accs position?
Are you entering the code correctly?

To be honest I was being lazy and thought that the starter motor was only held in by the three 16mm bolts...until I removed them and the thing still wouldn't budge PMSL.
Ah well manifold will be off in the morn and hopefully I'll be able to set the starter motor free.
Thanks
Is this really as much of a b**ch to do as I'm making it or is there an easier way?
It's a Mk1 Ph2. So far I've removed three 16mm bolts that go through the gearbox bell housing and one of the two 13mm bolts that secures the mount to the block...but for the life of me I can't get the second to...
Never heard of ebay or TalkPhotography or POTN then? PMSL
A hell of a lot of people will gladly take a 2nd hand L lens for cheap if they crop up. Obviously if it's scratched to death or full of mould they will probably decline the offer but a good condition well maintained lens...they'd be mad...
Could the admin not just set you up with an access mask for this section of the forum giving you the additional powers to make topics sticky and create polls? I doubt anyone would have a problem with it seeing as you are running the comps and it's only a slight difference to that of a normal...
I'd agree with wozzaa and opt for the Canon or Nikon. Far enough the Sony accessory list is growing but I'd be thinking of future proofing your investment. At least you know that Canon and Nikon are going to continue to increase their DSLR line up and that most of the accessories are going to...
