My mate went into the back of me at crawling speed because i was stopped at the lights looking with my mate at some fit birds, He too was adrmiring and didnt see me stopping lol.
Luckily no damage. Or he would have been for it.
If i was you take the opportunity to fix it by yourself...
Becuase im a noob at mechanics, I like to make sure i know everything before i start f**king about with things ;)
And I have discs and pads to be fitted which i want to do myself.
Should be a doddle, Ive watched a few informational videos and just confirming everything i know :)
I did, Used a few grits. Had to resort to 1800 because it seemed to be the only thing working. They look fine.. Just a few swirls from the sanding which i will take out when the weather is better.
Had to sand mine down with 1800, To get the heavy glaze off mine. Followed by 2000 then 3000. Spent quite a bit of time with the rotary.. But they still need some work.
Quick question because i cant find what im looking for.
Where is the brake fluid reservoir opening in the engine bay for 1.2 16v?
Is it back left?
And also how does it open ? Twist?
Cheers
If your cars slammed and a dark-ish colour like r8byb, Then i rekon it looks decent.
Your standard looking car, With standard suspension... Wouldnt look good with the tyre pen action.
Just my opinion of cource :)
Been mentioned a few times. Dont think he wants to pay the fee every year, which is understandable. Think he is going to turn them into guides on here hopefully.
EDIT: Beaten too it :)
I dont think Halfrauds are doing that £25 deal any more?
I see they have a jack with a box for £27.99
And 2 tonne axel stands for £12.99
Which comes to £40.98.
If i can get the screwfix one in store ill save a tenner. If the halfords deal is on? Ill go for that.
Something i saved into favourites, Someone posted in another thread a while ago,
Might help.

May be £30 odd, But looks easy to store, And hopefully will serve me well.
If the data was on a memory card i.e. SD. I use a program called smart flash recovery. Works quite well.
If its on the mobile it self, Im not too sure.. sorry.
Keep the torch moving, just warm the tar up a bit, Heat the scraper as well as said.
Think it would come off eventually. Would have to be high heat to blister the paint surely?
I know dials never read that true. Mines about 4mph over.
I went out with my sat nav to test. Didnt want to be going through speed cameras at 30, when really doing 40 etc,
I had mine out yesterday, Because i reved to the limiter in second and because ive got these aftermarket dials the needle got suck on 7k. My mates thought it was hillarious.
Anyway, They where all on the bottom line when switched off. The rev dial was about 2mm under the line.
Dials look...
The 4led ones i had off ebay, One of them started flickering when i turned it on then went out after a few seconds. They lasted about 2-3 months. I just brought a new pair for the couple of quid they cost i think its worth it.
When they go again im going to get some more SMD ones (if they...
