Graham's OCD ph2 DCi sport rep

Re: DCI 65 pov spec commuter OEM+ I said the update would come one day so here it is in a little more details. Admittedly the car looks boring on the outside. I'd love to make it a rep but it's mv632 so would require a huge amount of spraying and wouldn't come in at less than £1k. I'd rather...

    Puddle in front passenger footwell

Sometimes the sunroof will leak and not show signs on the headlining. Often my seatbelt gets absolutely soaking after a hard rain and it's the sunroof.

Steering Wheel Re Centreing. 04 Dynamique

@kpowell911 Good to hear :) A nice and easy fix @Edges I'm 99% sure the camber isn't adjustable without camberbolts so something must be on the wonk or it's being measured on minutely off level ground. I've had odd camber readings before using a gauge but it was just the ground.

Grumbling/grinding noise at high load, low rpm....up to around 15/1600 rpm

jinjur To change the water pump you just have to take the aux belt off. You may need to raise and lower the engine a bit to get it out because the chassis leg gets in the way. Buy some loctite gasket remover to help with the job. If you slowly rev your car whilst listening outside you will...

    Leaky sunroof?

This has been over covered like the royal birth. Remove the glass Pull the seal off which goes around the head lining. Get a 10mm ratchet spanner and undo all the bolts under the headlining until they are nearly out but not fully. Take the old seal off and put clear silicone in the gap...

Steering Wheel Re Centreing. 04 Dynamique

The steering wheel has different sized splines on it so it's not possible to put it on out of alignment. It'll just be the tracking for sure. The minutest of changed in the suspension geo from hitting a pot hole could cause that. Has it had new track rod ends at any point as that's my guess...

    Dashboard cluster LED conversion

Just taken my old 182 clocks apart and it looks like the display is the same type of smd as the rest of the dash. Recommend a soldering iron for under a fiver as mine has a huge end (not an innuendo)!

Headlight Problem - Help please :(

I've got a halogen headlight if you want it for the cost of postage. Have to say I have not had the best experiences with MyHermes 25% breakage rate as it stands and all the stuff I've sent had been well bubblewrapped. Give them credit though they refunded the stuff within a week.

Horn very intermittent - uh ohhh.

Tony there's no point in telling fibs. You were just waiting for the thread titled "hit the airbag, it went off and I got a hammer impaled in my face"

    Dashboard cluster LED conversion

What are the buttons and climate panel like to do. I can't imagine it being fun. I know people use some kind of film to diffuse the light for the displays. Anyone fancy linking me up on ebay or the like.

Horn very intermittent - uh ohhh.

Remove the airbag and short the 2 horn wires together. If it works then it's likely a problem with the contacts on the wheel. Otherwise check the horn like Mick said.

    My bikes on eBay

Bike went over my snipers max bid in the end as I'm a tight ass student. Got a Specialized Hard Rock Pro 2009 in the end for a blooming steal (not literally although it may as well been)

I particularly enjoy the very specific price as if the extra £1 to make it a round £15 would have been a step too far.
