    EPAS on 172 Cup

Luckily the one I'm getting comes with the connector block, fab. When I get this I want nothing to hold me back so ordered 3m of 8awg power cable as I've calculated this to be sufficient for upto about 4m in length. Looking at the control kit. Am I going to need about 8-10 male and female...

Why are Mazda RX8's so cheap??

Re: Why are Mazda RX8 so cheap?? It is a PITA though, our cooper s uses oil as well, one of the most annoying things when you just want to get in and out of a car most days with nothing to do. Most people who own rx-8's aren't people who love cars and tinker all the time so they don't get the...

Brake cooling deflector picture and genius request

Ahh lovely. Thank you. I did them long to give me flexibility in case I was able to attach a metal plate to the hub and run a cooling plate. Are those cup racer deflectors or fabricated? Still keen to see how other people have done theirs :)

Brake cooling deflector picture and genius request

Finally remembered why I'd gone into this section! I'm in the process of fitting brake ducts as I'm going to start doing a few track days and have previously had some heat spots on the discs. After much deliberation I'm going to have to mount the pipe ending at the arch liner and then use a...

    Rear brake help.

On another note. My last 182 did have dangerous brakes, the pedal reached the bottom and the brakes hardly stopped, felt very wooden. Was the vacuum on the servo and contaminated pads. My CL rc5+ brakes are completely different animals when cleaned frequently.

    Rear brake help.

They can't. It's easy to change the ABS rings over. I took mine off this week no problem. Got mintex pad on the rear and they have never been a problem. On my old car I always bought from ebay as there was no need to get good brakes, it was a lupo! I think people seem to be forgetting there are...

Mocal socketless hose. GIVE ME YOUR TIPS

Won't be putting clips on. I've done some reading around which agrees with what quattro has said. It's genuine moquip hose though, I'm not one to cut corners! I will try and get it on those last few mm when my palms have been reattached.

Mocal socketless hose. GIVE ME YOUR TIPS

I though about hair spray but knew it would be sticky enough without it. Already popped the wd40 all over :) I've got them to a point where I'm happy with how they are seated now, used the hot water as suggested. Can't get it all the way but it's so close I can't see there being a problem...

Mocal socketless hose. GIVE ME YOUR TIPS

I wanted to get lines made up but didn't know what length I needed. I would never recommend this stuff it's just horrible. Also I'm feeble but even shaking with the amount of effort I'm putting it it doesn't budge. It seems like heating is my best bet. Keep the suggestions rolling in :)...
