I'm looking to get the car insured for trackdays and road so i'm waiting for a call back from this comany. It sounds like it could be good if it covers me for track use. Oh its for the fez pop rally car.

Coz the vectra is cheaper to run 50mpg as apposed to 24mpg, cheaper to tax, faster and easier to sell on is a couple of small reasons why. Plus he loves mine and wants to be like me ;)

A lad i know has a 1.6 cvh (i think) with throttle bodies sat around doing nothing but i'm more interested in his rs turbo engine thats had quite a lot spent on it he's got anti lag as well it for added pops and bangs. Just been reading up and it still not allowed metal pressed plates it must have standard ones :( I'm off work next week so i'm hoping to get it through its mot then ready for all the car shows.

Do you think i'll get hassle for putting retro metal press plates on it? obviously i won't put black and silver plates on it.

I'm going to try get it through the mot soon i just need to get the indicators working and a hazzard light switch everything else works fine :) i'm looking forward to getting to drive it. It is loud and raspy.

Re: My retro rally car :) Its older than me lol It did used to have another seat with navigator footrest etc loooking through the reciepts but obviously the guy i bought it off has uused them in his car. It seems to run well.

Flock your own dash and just remove the airbag. I did ph2 into ph1 and all the switchs are different it is not worth the hassle
