all 172's are hydro.
ive got 423's....they have never been used before to my knowledge so its kinda unknown how they will perform. All will be reveled when mine is finished/mapped.
to convert to mech is a costly thing to do. Some people say its easy to convert hydro lifters to solid...

yeah they do if your over 25, thats the problem...im a young'un at 19 years old. Who does limited mileage policy as it would be less than 1000 miles a year probably.

Currently got two cars. My 172 road car and my 172 track car.
My insurance up to now has been fine, insured the 172 road car fully comp under my own name with my own no claims. The track car is insured under my dads name and i drive that to track days because i had the drive other cars third...

fancied trying something different :) if it works, it will make some serious power. If it doesnt, will peak to high and make less than 235bhp.
Luckily will have adjustable pulleys so can alter peak :)
and no still looking for a rad, any ideas...
