i dont know if its just my net or everybodies but when i type in hmv (for example) into google search bar and get the chioce to access the main site, when i ckick this link it sends me to ebay or another random site is this a problem for everybody or do i have a virus

my laptop needed rebooting so i did it using the info given on the laptop. it stated that i could obtain all my files once the reboot was complete. im unable to locate any of my pics or music on my computer, so have they gone completely or can i find them from somewhere

sorry about the quality of the pic the camera wouldnt pick it up as clear as i would of liked it too. basically it looks like the owner before hit a wall or something and there are little bits of paint missing. do i get chips away in or is it a full respray, will chips away do a decent match.
