cup spoiler brake light

how do these fit, is there some sort of adhesive on there or just it just clip in.

i know i may be being thick here, but im not to tech mnded, do you have to contact anything for the leds to light up and will i need to be careful removing the old incase i damage anything i shouldnt.

They just clip in/out!

Just clips in/out, use a soft cloth and a flat screwdriver to get it out.
Use the cloth to protect the paint from getting marked
