f**kING LAUGH OUT LOUD - Coming from the bloke who drives/drove a lairy light blue/smurf looking car with bender like white wheels!
 alright mate!
Gotta love all the sheep 'follow Munson' muppets on this forum.
I own Nimbus but would've probably snapped an LY R27 up over it if one come up with the same age and spec as my Nimbus which is practically an R27 minus the decals and plaque!
LY is the muts (much like AG on the 200) regardless of what any of the boring homos say although it can be abit of...
Because they do - Deal with it!
Renault made a 1.8 8v RSI in the early 90's side by side with the 1.8 16v which ate the other alive yet come with bigger insurance premiums making it untouchable for most people under 21 - Citroen did the same with the Saxo with the VTS (a 1.6 16v lump) and VTR...
It's not really rocket science to see why they made it and who they catered for!
I take it its much like VTS/R scenario with Citroen and there Saxos or even abit further back with the mk1 16v Clios and the RSI's! One was made for the younger crowd (being a group 7) one was made for the older...
LOL - It is quick for what it is which is after all just a 2.0 16v engine! This has its benefits because the car is still pretty light!
If you want mind blowing pace you will need to look at M3's, 4.0 V8 Mercs etc really!
197's will keep hold of cars such as standard Elises, Focus ST's...
Its probably the best standard 2.0 (bar the slightly improved 200) N/A car on the market but its not really about the outright speed but the immence handling anyway!
Get a well spec'd one or an R27 and you will not be dissapointed im sure.
Haha - Its true, they are usually fat or not ones to take home to the mother these days but i like that as its easier to turn them away eventually! ;)
And Black = Boring? :nono:
Having said that even if it is considered boring i would rather be boring than have something tacky/pish looking...
^HAHA - You mentalist! I was right to have no f**king idea what you were on about!
Good minds like Revels think in a similar way to great minds like mine though. ;)
Haha i have no f**king idea what your on about fella but do feel free to PM us with the deets as im obviously being abit thick! ;)
Pics of me in Mr Nimbus to follow at later date. x
200 - Its not much smaller than the Meg that imo is nowhere near on the same size scale as the previous ones compared to the Clios!
Its big enough and alot cheaper plus looks a shed load better than the Meg imo.
When i had my 182 i had a crack against one from rolling at 20/30 (off a junction) up to 90 and kept in front nicely!
If your cars a strong one its going to depend on whether your in the good band or not.
