Halfords/most motorfactors that sell aftermarket goodies will stock dynamat, but it's not cheap, ebay is your best bet mate.

Sound deadening on the boot panels will cure most of this.

On my last clio EVERY shock had died, all would compress with my little finger then not come back up lol.

It's probably something like tiger seal, try heating it, will help to pull it off, however that bottom area may need a respray as the sealant probably has to be sanded off.
