    Mine does it on this side also, it's where the little tab has worn down it keeps popping out of the hole. I don't think there is much can be done about it .

    Its from colchester, was a 1.2 but had the conversion done. Used to be orange with a combat body kit(was in fast car).

    Cut away some of the headlight bracket, opens up the vents in the bumper then, they are not just for show;)

    Old light off( 1 thumb screw), revove connector, lift flap of connector, rearrange wires to new order and put back together. Its a piss easy job in all honesty.

    Via the members section the ktec prices are very reasonable, but depends what style exhaust you want and how loud.

    They both get good reviews, unsure of the prospeed cost. The main issue with the ktec system is the time it may take to reach you, bach_172 and greeny 172 had to wait 6 weeks plus, i however waited less than a week.

    Supposed to give added protection and prevent wear, i'm sure i read somewhere most of it gets taken out by the filter anyway,

    Something else to look out for, if there is only one key hole on the car (just drivers side) then the other door will always be open.

    Exhaust clamp help! (PICS)

    Yep, thats the right clamp for the cat end, as i said earlier i'm pretty sure its a 55mm u clamp you need, at least thats the one i used on my old RSi ktec exhaust.
