Well, I was on the standard springs with the 17s. Only had the Apex ones fitted a few months back after I'd been on the 16s for a while.
The diffference between 16s and 17s regardless of suspension set up is unbelieveble.
Look up a standard set of 172 rims. Plenty around on eBay at the moment. Mine came on 17s when I bought it and were quickly sold in favour the my black beauties!
Oh, and get some Apex. ;)

Personally I take great pleasure in whipping past Clio's like yours (inadequacy FTW!).
It's all been said before me old bean but welcome to CS. This place will see you right :)
Find a friendly mechanic. I got my best mate's bro (he's a mechanic) to fit my springs at ten nuggets a corner.
60mm sounds low but when you consider how high they are standard, speed bumps are not problem.
Job's a good'n mate.
I've always wanted petrol station pics but felt too much like a plank taking them! Full credit to you!
EDIT: Just seen the post date!
Specialists are all well and good but for the work that you need doing, it's hardly worth it.
Just find a good local garage. Garages like this work on word of mouth so generally, the busy they are, the better they are :)
You found it at a dealership? Good spot. What did you pay if you don't mind me asking?
Turini's in silver on a Flamer is something that I don't recall seeing on here... do it!
