I ran brembo max and ds2500 for 3 years, and have just changed to hc disc, 182 ferodo pads and fresh fluids. It brakes much better than before.

The best way is to measure the suspension struts, the cups are 60mm and I think the non cup is either 56/58mm. Kw for the non cup only, h&r is available for the cup packs.

I agree, the lack of decent coilovers for the cup 182's is quiet shocking. I am running h&r's and am really impressed by them, close to standard, but handle so well and can be dropped to your liking, they go very low. I wanted the kw's which are very similar to h&r's but cheaper, but not...

The only coilovers available for the 182 cup is vmax, ktec and gaz, all under £500, then H&R, ast and beilstein which are over a grand and more.

Cup suspension is obvious by alloy colour and cup suspension!!! If you have the 182 without cup packs, you will have more choicep

I would buy the ktec top mounts, supposed to be a better setup!!!

They do, via Yozzasport, made to order and to th customers spectification, are around the 2.5k if not more mark.

There isnt much choice, but under £500 will get you ktec own coilovers, gaz or vmax coilies. Over that youre looking at h&r's, AST or beilstein. The last three are over a grands worth.

Mine sat really high when on stock suspension, especially on the front, but when I took the old suspension off, it was in good condition as well.

Def go for Brembo Disc, DS2500 and braided hoses, have ran mine for a while on Brembo Max, gonna try the HC in the next few weeks. A great setup, only better will be a big brake kit, £££££.

I read that the Ktec are harder but a comfortable ride. Best thing to do as stated is to find out what cs'er are near to you and wot coilies they are running, and find out what they are like.
