Haven't taken the wheel off yet but the carriers definately look different, also the new callipers have 2 metal plates on each carrier which my original callipers don't.
As long as the spacing is the same they should fit surely...Can anyone shed any light on this please?
£150 is ridiculous, i got my n/s front and o/s rear done for £100 from a local garage.
All that is involved is to dismantle the hub, but like you said you need a 20t press, some garages have them and if you know what to do just chuck them £20 to press out the old bearing.

Got it to a garage this morning, they told me it should be ready for tomorrow for £230 + VAT which I think is quite reasonable.
They rang my a minute ago, however, to tell me my speedo wasn't working...Anyone got any ideas?
I'm handy with a spanner, I'll buy myself a manual lol.
I went out for about 30 mins and I didn't notice it get better, as soon as I got home I popped the bonnet and pulled the clutch cable to see if it was getting stuck or anything...It was dark though so couldn't really tell.
I don't have the greatest knowledge when it comes to the engine etc part of the car, but over the last couple of days I noticed that my clutch felt really wierd.
It was quite stiff to depress and it felt really crunchy, tonight when I was driving home anytime I went over 20mph in any gear up to...
I'm 18, I got the Clio before I passed my test and have been driving for 20 months now...I'm a sensible driver and no way would I fcuk about, no matter how good/sh*t the car is I'm driving.
I'd love a 1*2 but can't get insurance for any less than £5000, hence why I've built a rep. My insurance...
