i just formatted my laptop as usual, installed xp pro, kaspersky, my wireless card and firefox, thats all thats on the laptop, when on the net and i start to scroll the whole computer goes into meltdown, its as if its in slow motion and my cpu usage goes sky high, basically cant do anything...

adsl max fluctuates in speed alot in the 1st 10 days till it finds a suitable/stable speed for your line, give it 10 days then try some speed tests
