sorry ive probably confused alot of people, bascially i bought some spacers, the ones that attach the hub of the car first, then the wheel to the spacer. On of the threads on the spacers have gone, which will mean that one of my wheels is only held on with 3 bolts! thats the problem
Recently bought some 25mm hubcentric spacers of someone off here and went to fit them yesterday and it turns out that on of the holes on the spacer didnt have any threads! Great. And they arent cheap to buy, so would it be possible to maybe re do the thread, i really dont know what to do. Any...
Heres the link! i cant see if its actually got one or not, but even if it does why would you bother wasting your time fitting a turbo to a 1.2

This morning i thought i would fully fit my sports bodykit before sending off to be sprayed just to make sure everything was there and whether it would fit. I recently purchased some 25mm hubcentric spacers off someone off here so i thought id best fit those first. This is where things started...
do 1.2 8v engine covers exist. i want to neaten things up in the engine bay and was wondering if anyone make them as ive never seen one before? any help would be appreciated
your just about to turn 18 and after a ph1 172! make sure youve checked insurance first because it will bee an absolute bomb! thats all that stopping me from getting one
Right basically i am wanting to buy this exhaust

But a fiend of mine is saying that i will also need a sports manifold if i want to put this exhaust on?
this true?
Please could someone recommend a good bodyshop that wont charge me the world to have my new bumpers, wings and skirt skirts sprayed in or around the York area. please
you ll be lucky to get one at a scrap yard! cup spoilers are really expensive your looking at probs the 150 mark but ive seen some go for alot more depending on quality etc, i just got one off a 172 (not cup) for about 40 quid of ebay
yeah true insurance groups mean naff all. I have a 1.2 clio and my mate has a 1.6 focus same age, been driving about the same, same insurance company, and his is £40 quid cheaper than mine! Makes no sense, ive heard its something to do with a focus being thought of of more of a family car
theres some serious cash being spent on that! and if it turns out to be a genuine rep it shows how good a rep it is as most of you guys including me are struggling to see the difference apart from the engine! amazing car though thumbs up to whoever spent their time and money on that
ive never seen any other car that can pull off the yellow that some people have their 182 in. really makes it stand out. that m3 is delish though! am guessing the reason your getting rid is the running costs or similar because that is one beautiful car
Re: (possible wrong section) insurance for nearly 18 year old driver.
there are loads of modified insurers, ive heard brentacre is one to look at. Am nearly at same stage as you, been 18 for a while and coming up to a years driving nearly. At the moment am with quinn and all mods on my car...
i can recommend what not to get, dont get a sony ericcson, they always break! mines broken 3/4 times and i know loads of other people with the same problem! you get the red light of death on the back when it ggoes wrong!
