You can get De-Cats and also Sports Cats
De-Cats often fail emission tests as there is no cats.
Sports Cats have smallers cell capacity often 200 and usually pass emission tests.
Yup as mentioned they are both supposed to slide forwards.
Get it looked at or do it yourself.
Just check to see if the cable has come away from the fixing point which allows the sliding mechanism to operate.
Simple fix normally.

MOST insurance companies cover roughly £500 standard audio cover.
I am with Tesco and they cover up to £1k BUT it has to be FACTORY FIT.....
So in most cases no one will cover you.
When i had my flip out screen, xbox, dab etc.... i got sperate audio insurance from a specialist. cost me £58 a...
Tesco DO cover windscreens.
The however dont cover those chip repairs..... u know the companies who will fill in small chips etc.. (Tesco dont deal with any of them)
Excess on Tesco Windscreen cover has gone up to £75 since last year (Used to be £50)

And as for the questions on the airbags......
The main reason the front bags didnt deploy was because there is no actual front impact. So they would just get in the way.
The side airbags deployd as...
They have the reflector showing.... thats no problem.
The problem will probably occur in light efficiency, being so dark only a small amount of light is emitted.
Probably not enough to even see during the day or in sunshine.
