You can get De-Cats and also Sports Cats De-Cats often fail emission tests as there is no cats. Sports Cats have smallers cell capacity often 200 and usually pass emission tests.

Yup as mentioned they are both supposed to slide forwards. Get it looked at or do it yourself. Just check to see if the cable has come away from the fixing point which allows the sliding mechanism to operate. Simple fix normally.

They have the reflector showing.... thats no problem. The problem will probably occur in light efficiency, being so dark only a small amount of light is emitted. Probably not enough to even see during the day or in sunshine.
