Very true, but I'd have thought going at 25-30mph doesn't or shouldn't really leave that sort of skid mark. Nevermind.
Did you (OP) make any leeway with getting in touch with BG to track which van it was?
Nice pics. Mrs looks so calm and, well, perfect even during labour. If I look anything like her at that point I'll pose for numerous pics! LOL! Little one is gorgeous - what a head of hair she has.
I'd think about three things really...
1) What can I get for my R26 (either trade-in or private sale)
2) Make sure you drive both a FF with the cup pack and a plain cup to see which you prefer.
3) What price are the dealers offering for either of the models above. (People are getting them at...
I hope you're painting this thing a garish, vulgar colour? Should be looking good when it's tidied up, mind it's not really in bad condition for it's age. Mint.
From those pics looks like you've had to swerve a fair old way... You're well, on the BMWs side of the road and massive skid marks, ground looks dry-ish so some heavy braking to get those marks. Did you say he (the van) pulled off the kerb and away, so did you have to drive/swerve round him? And...
Used to use Vpower every time. One day I used regular and found there was jot all in it. Think I used Tesco 99 once, again noticed nothing. I'll fill up every one in four with Vpower to ensure it gets it's share of cleaning agents (or so they say). It'll be unlikely to improve MPG that...
I'd definitely ring BG and request they find out who it was from job sheets. You'll know the name of the street so it shouldn't be too much of a trouble for them to find out which vehicle.
I also thought that BG vans were fitted with the satellite tracking, so their engineers can't do...
K-tec? Birchdown? Check out any of the traders in the section - they all have websites, etc. so you can find out where they are.
K-tec also list prices on their website, I think Birchdown do too.
Love those Recaro's - they look lubberly.
Agree with the colour though, I'm not sure the LY suits it. Pics probably don't do it much justice, as Ali's was quite nice at FCS.
Should've taken some better pics on a sunny day.
TBH, I guess if you stick them on with heavy duty Velcro pads you can swap them easily if you get hassle from the Po Po or with when MOTing. So just keep your original plates to swap with. (Velcro pads come from Halfrauds @ OP)
Does look a bit shoddy doesn't it. Either it's dirty still, there's tyre black on it, or the finish it poor. Take your pick.
EDIT: Someone also needs to wash the floor. LOL.
