Iv had mine for nearly 4 years and the only thing to go tits up was the hazard light switch that got stuck but couldnt say for the previous two years as i didnt own it! Car is on just over 30k.

LOL - Quite the opposite i say! When you get people with no idea what car they actually own it doesnt exactly fill you with confidence that they have had the noddle to run and maintain the car the way it should've been.
