Yes i really hated the front until i see it in the flesh too mate but like the wheels i actually like it now!
It is a very well put together car too! I remember saying when i got in one and took it for a spin it felt more BMW than Renault and even though it doesnt feel as quick as the 182 its...
Yeah was chatting to Kenny briefly over PM!
He went for RB didnt he? Lovely in the flesh in that colour arnt they!?
I think the wheels are a £175 iirc but as said earlier looking at that options list it could get abit tasty price wise speccin one yourself! lol
Have you seen them in the flesh mate? I hated them from the pictures but as someone else said earlier they really suit in the flesh!
I dont really like the speedline rims but i do like the idea of black on black! Think RB with them would look ace too though!
I see that black roof and the Pearl colour but dont think i would go for either if i were buying!
Before looking on RS today i was liking the idea of RB or GW with the options i said but after seeing this Black with the Black Speedlines and graphics im thinking this could be the perfect car...
LOL - Im suprised that they have done away with a third seat considering how big these cars are compared with the 182 space wise!
And MadUsa1, Trophy 50/50? Is that how many Switzerland got?
If thats the anthracite pack Roy im not really a lover of that tbh.
My feeling entirely.
Cracking vid that mate - I do like the R27's but i am swaying to the newest and what should be the best model.
Thanks for the info fellas! Much appreiciated!
Thats not an issue for me as not having a wife and kids i have no needs for the back seats really! I think in the four years iv had the 182 iv had two people in the back of it less than ten times.
Is Pearl White a new colour or is that...
For people that have driven both is there any difference between these two?
What are the main pros of going for the newer and obviously more expensive 200 bar obviously the slightly more powerful engine and slight difference in looks!?
Any help appreiciated.
Cheers
Jay
p.s i dont...
Indeed and dont i wish i had kept the car i bought now! lol
Makes you laugh! They were 3/3.5k in 2004 for 9/10 year old cards! Same age Ph1 172's are going for less than that now!
Quite smart that!
Is that cheap for a Valver these days? I remember when i was buying in 2004 they were around 3k for the low miled 'minters'!
I would hate to be in the market for one now. :dapprove:
^Im interested in this too!
I was offered a showroom RB a few month back for 14k but on the net they seem to be over that second hand! For the fact i may be looking at them again soon i would be interested to know what an RB FF with cup chassis, Recaros and possibly the folding mirror option...
Iv had mine for nearly 4 years and the only thing to go tits up was the hazard light switch that got stuck but couldnt say for the previous two years as i didnt own it!
Car is on just over 30k.
LOL - Quite the opposite i say!
When you get people with no idea what car they actually own it doesnt exactly fill you with confidence that they have had the noddle to run and maintain the car the way it should've been.
LOL @ the miles make it quicker myth! As far as im concerned Fletch it is just that and a mental one at that! ;)
Its horses for courses really! I dont think i would enjoy mine as much if i drove it daily! Infact i think it would be long gone by now!
See although i agree to some extent i dont!
I commute via train by the day so dont use my car until the weekend at best however if i was using it everyday i do wonder whether after four years ownership whether it would put the same smile on my face when i do take it out on a summers...
Im always thinking about it mate but its a tough decision to make!
On one hand i quite fancy something like a 200 (which i dont really need) and on the other i have as nice a 182 as i will find that i have owned since practically new!
At the moment i would say no but i will keep you in...
It depends what the bloke wants! Originally he wanted mint and that car at 70 odd k isnt going to be imo yet it is still comanding an high price as far as your average 182 gos!?
Put it this way mine has sat in the garage for practically the 4 years iv had it and coverd just 16k (its on just...
I wouldnt buy one on that milage either! Best to keep looking (or waiting ;))!
Haha - I doubt very much whether you would wanna be doing that mate but sure! Hows 7.5k sound!? ;)
Oh and a 200's the winner here.
Vee definetly spells chav mobile to be frank - Thats why i was and will be looking at 200's instead of the dated Vee if i change in the future.
I would like to have a go in one for a week though purely to see necks snapping everywhere i go.
