The baffles are probably falling apart, mine sure are but in the mid pipe and the backbox, sound like cack.

I had this in the last clio, the oil breather pipe had come away from the head and i could smell the fumes.

Remove the pads and copper grease the backs.

Ill have to get some pics up of my mates rx7 when he eventually gets it back. His is also an efini type r, bigger turbos, hks suspension etc. Currently at jimmy's rx7's getting a look over after some monkeys spent the best part of 2 years fu#!in it up.

Jamie, the top of the lights if quite weathered, the plastic has gone slighly brown, also some scratches where stones have hit i think.

Your best bet is a custom job imo.

It looks like its just plastx with a foam pad, i have a UDM and plastx already. I need something with a stronger cut which is safe on plastics.

Brembo had one, didn't rate it much i think.

I had a k-tec stealth, straight through middle pipe, too quiet in my opinion, sounded nice though.

My headlights have some bad weathering and scratches to them, i have tried plastx and speedglaze on them(by machine) which helped but not fully. What else is worth trying?

Had mine done couple weeks ago, nice shiny new one, on the check they weren't too bad only highlighted a couple things which i knew where due.

Its an old renault espace, they will be dotted about in many scrap yard, my local had 5 last time i looked. As for the ph1 box i fitted a pipercross panel to mine and took off the air feeds, its louder than my old open k and n :)

My 1st clio absolutely perfect, no trouble whatsoever, my 2nd clio was a ball ache, needed new coild every few months mainly. Now on to my 3rd clio (172) and so far its been fine.

I think the rstuner showed about 6-7bhp increase on the graphs i was sent.
